Shakopee Lions Winter Extravaganza
Our Winter Extravaganza is one of our largest fundraising events. Each year hundreds of residents from around the area come out to escape the winter doldrums and enjoy the fun and cheer of a winter day with friends while playing a round of ice-golf or enjoying the great food and drinks and live music. Come out and join us this year! Proceeds go to local charity needs. It is a great way to have fun and help others in the community!

Mark your Calendars....Come one, Come all to the infamous Shakopee Lions Winter Extravaganza being held on Saturday, Febuary 10, 2024 at the Jackson Township Park! This event includes a super fun 18 hole ice golf course carved out in the ice/snow, There will be live music, food and drinks and great prize drawings, all to help local community members that need our help the most. Your local Lions members will be selling Golf Buttons again this year so get them while they are hot.
Admissions:
The purchase of a $20 event button gets you into the Winter Extravaganza.
Buttons can be pre-purchased from any Lion or obtained at the security gate.
Events & Activities:
- Ice Golf begins at 11:00 am (clubs provided - turn in your scorecard)
- Silent Auction from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Live Auction & Prize Drawing at 4:30 pm
- Huge Bonfire and Live Music by Heartbreaker!
Pre-Purchased buttons also include entry into the cash prize drawings. First prize is a $600,
second prize is $300, and 3rd prize is $150. Pre-register by February 4th to be eligible. You
need not be present to win!
Food & Beverages will be for sale on the course. Carry-on beverages are allowed with a per-
cooler fee for eligible participants.
